PhD student looking for volunteers

Martha Kirby,a PhD student in the Centre for the History of Medicine (Department of Economic and Social History) at the University of Glasgow is currently working on a research project that considers the socio-cultural context rising obesity rates since the end of the Second World War and how this affected ideas of the healthy body; the project is called 'Too Much of a Good Thing? Food, Obesity and Conceptions of the Healthy Body in Britain, 1940-1995’.
