Recruitment for a new Food & Health Alliance (FHA) Coordinator

NHS Health Scotland are currently recruiting a Food and Health Alliance Coordinator. This is a fixed term post of 2 years due to a VSO secondment of the current postholder. Full details regarding job description, person specification and application form can be found on the SHOW website.

More information about the Food & Health Alliance

FHA has been established since 2003 and currently has over 600 members. Its purpose is to raise the profile of food and health and to support implementation of the national food and health policies in Scotland such as HEAL and the National Food & Drink Policy.

Activities range from effective communication between all the relevant stakeholders, advocating public health nutrition, sharing evidence and information, and providing opportunities for networking and sharing.
