A review of food consumption and nutrient intakes from national surveys in Scotland: comparison to the Scottish Dietary Targets (S14023)

This project was commissioned by Food Standards Agency Scotland (FSAS) to monitor progress towards the Scottish Dietary Targets (with the exception of the targets for sugar in children and salt).

The project also explored differences in food consumption and nutrient intake by socio-economic group and area of residence. Results of this work fed directly into the Scottish Diet Action Plan Review and have been used to develop and monitor FSAS and Scottish Government policy.
