Innovative approaches and promising practices by health promotion bodies in Europe to counteract obesity and improve health equity
This report from EuroHealthNet produced in July 2009 outlines the link between health inequalities and rising rates of obesity, and how existing measures to tackle it may reverse this trend.
It also highlights over 70 projects that focus on combating the issue of rising obesity levels. These projects are from 20 countries, which range from international to national work to local community initiatives.
