The Food Standards Agency Scotland stand which will be exhibiting its interactive kitchen set in the food hall. Visitors will be able to check out how well they wash their hands, try some quizzes and games as well as find out more about food safety, labelling and healthy eating.

Cookery demonstrations will run alongside the set. The agricultural industry will also be able to find out more about the on-farm hygiene inspection aspect of the new European Food Hygiene Legislation at the Agency's outdoor stand on avenue H, stand 142.
